1. Are clothes in Four Leaf Closet ready stock or pre order?
All clothes here are ready stock. Orders can be made 24 hours a day and we will reply you as soon as we can.
2. Why is it that clothes will only arrive within 5 working days? Why can’t there be a next day delivery?
We may not be able to post out your item on a daily basis. We give a time frame of 5 working days because for example if you pay today, we only manage to post out your item 3 days later and the delivery may take another day or two. Therefore we do not accept urgent delivery or request for next day delivery. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
3. What should I do if I did not receive my parcel within 7 working days?
Please do not hesitate to email us at fourleafcloset@gmail.com immediately. We will assist you from there.
4. Can I request to see the real product?
We are sorry that we would not be able to show you the real product as we are unable to entertain every customer's requests. We can however guarantee a 98% of accuracy between the real product and the picture from the supplier. Do place your orders only if you are fine with this.
5. Can I reserve my orders?
We work on a first come first serve basis and thus, we do not accept any reservations. This is to avoid any back out orders and we hope to seek your understanding on this matter.
